Specializing in trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and creative approaches like art therapy.
You’ve downloaded the planners, tried waking up early, turning off notifications, even setting timers for everything. But it still feels like something’s not clicking. It’s not because you’re “lazy” or “broken”. Your nervous system is just doing its best to keep up when overloaded.
We’ll use body-based tools like somatic therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness to help you feel more calm, focused, and in control.
Feeling like you're always behind
Struggling to stay focused
Constantly overwhelmed
Starting tasks but not finishing
Hiding how much you're juggling
Unsure where to even start
There’s nothing wrong with your mind. It just needs a different kind of care.
Dr. Maya uses practical ADHD-aware tools to help you manage stress, build self-trust, and feel like your authentic self again.
Caring more about how you feel in your life, than how things look on the outside, is where real change begins.
I work with adults who have spent years trying to manage, cope, or push through. Many have built full lives while silently feeling like something is always off. The truth is, it’s not a lack of effort or discipline. Most of my patients have been trying hard for a very long time.
I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. Together, we focus on what’s happening beneath the surface. We discover what your nervous system is holding, what patterns are playing out, and what you’ve had to carry on your own.
Whether we use talk therapy, body-based tools, or creative work like art therapy, the goal is always the same. To help you feel more like yourself again. More clear, more connected, and more at peace in your mind and body.
There’s nothing to prove here. Just space to be honest, supported, and finally understood.
Our first conversation allows me to learn about you, your history, explore your concerns, and understand your struggles.
We create a plan that is unique to your situation while I use strategies that can help you develop the skills you need.
I’ll regularly assess our approach and adjust it to support your goals and explore what helps you succeed.
I specialize in trauma-informed care for adults with ADHD, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. My work combines talk therapy with nervous system support and creative tools like art therapy to help you feel more regulated, seen, and steady in your life.
Not at all. Many of my patients come in wondering if they might have ADHD or are exploring a late diagnosis. If you resonate with the challenges I talk about, you’re welcome here.
Both options are available. I offer online sessions for flexibility and in-person sessions for those who prefer to meet face to face. You’re welcome to choose what feels best for you.
Therapy with me is collaborative and personalized. You don’t have to come in with a plan. I’ll guide you through a process that’s supportive, paced, and grounded in what feels manageable for your nervous system.
We’ll have a calm, low-pressure conversation where you can share what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to find support with. It’s okay if you don’t know exactly what you need yet — that’s part of what we figure out together.
Every person’s process is different. Some people come in with a specific goal in mind, while others need space to work through things more deeply. I’ll always be transparent about what’s working and adjust as your needs change.
At this time I’m a private pay provider. I can provide a superbill if you’d like to seek reimbursement through your insurance company. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about cost or accessibility.
